My Cool New Shoes

When I woke up this morning and looked out the window, I couldn't beleive the amount of snow that I'd have to walk through to get to the bus stop. All I could think of as I was getting ready for work, was how soaking wet my shoes and jeans would be after walking through the snow. I decided to try something and, at the time I thought it was a great idea. Before I left my house, I stepped into two LCBO shopping bags, tied them up at my ankles, and off I went. My plan was to get to the bus stop, take the bags off, and throw them out. Unfortunately for me, as I got to the bus stop, my bus was just arriving. I had two options; I could either wait for the next bus and risk being late for work, or get on the bus with my cool new LCBO waterproof shoes. I got on the bus and wore those shoes proudly. I also managed to get to work on time.
